Client Care Specialists

Our Client Care Specialists are superstars, they are the driving force of the clinic, they manage the client and patient flow, maintain patient files, provide proper communication, and support the doctors and medical staff as needed. Serving as the first point of contact to pet parents; you'll be compassionate, efficient, and have a passion to advocate for our clients.

We are looking for a team member that can perform under pressure, thrive in a busy work environment and are looking for a position that will challenge them to learn and grow!

The available shifts are every Sunday , every other Friday & Saturday.

Due to the nature of a Veterinary Emergency & Referral practice, the ideal candidate has experience working in the veterinary industry; triaging patient concerns, quick thinking, reliability/maturity, and an understanding of medical scenarios. That being said, the right background in client care and an ability to learn quickly is the biggest asset.

Thorough training is provided to all new team members, although a high majority of skills are learned on the job.
