Kristine has always known she wanted to work with animals. Growing up in the Philippines, she was surrounded by many stray dogs and cats, and seeing their need for care and compassion inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a difference in their lives.
Interestingly, Kristine never had a dog or cat of her own growing up — which made becoming a Registered Veterinary Technologist the perfect way to be around animals every day while helping them stay healthy and safe.
Her favorite part of working at SAVE is connecting with paw-rents and educating them about their pets’ health. She believes that informed pet owners are empowered pet owners, and she takes pride in making sure families understand their pet’s care plan and feel supported during every visit.
Kristine is fluent in both Tagalog and English, allowing her to communicate comfortably with a diverse range of clients and ensure everyone feels heard and understood. She brings warmth, kindness, and compassion to every patient she cares for and is an important part of the SAVE team.
At home, she shares her life with her very unique pet — a yellow ball python named Butter.
