Megan joined our team in 2023, bringing with her over a decade of experience in veterinary medicine. She discovered her passion for animal care early on, graduating from vet school in 2022 and specializing in emergency medicine ever since. Before earning her DVM degree, Megan honed her skills at the St. Louis Zoo and through various wildlife externships.
While she has a broad interest in veterinary care, her heart lies with dogs and cats. Recently mourning the loss of her beloved Border Collie Mix, Megan is currently taking a hiatus from pet ownership but finds comfort with her affectionate husky mix roommate at home.
Her favorite aspect of veterinary medicine is aiding sick patients in their recovery and supporting pet owners through the challenges of caring for an ill animal.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys exploring her hobbies such as thrifting, sewing, hiking, and traveling.
