How to use your portal

Access to the portal can be done in a few convenient ways

  • From the welcome email you have received

  • From a notification email we send you

  • Through our website

Logging in

  • The first time you login, you will be asked to create a new password.

  • Otherwise login with the assigned username and the password you have chosen previously.

  • Choose or if you have forgotten either.

Search for a patient/access patient record

  • Enter the Patient First Name or Client Last Name (partial spellings are accepted).

  • Use the last updated field to search within a specific timeframe.

  • Click search.

  • To open the record, click on the name or highlight the name and click view.

  • You will only access clients/patients who you have referred to SAVE or clients who have identified your clinic as their primary care clinic.

Open, print, save documents

  • Once you have the patient record open (see above) you can view records by clicking .

  • Once you have opened this record you can print or save a copy to your computer.

Open, print, save image studies

  • Available image studies will appear at the bottom of your patients’ medical record.

  • Click the images link to launch the study and select either JPG or DICOM viewer format.

  • The viewer will open and provide several tools for you to use to review the study. When using the jpg viewer clicking the left or right mouse button will allow you to adjust the brightness and zoom in and out.

Change your profile and settings and password

  • To edit your practices’ profile and contact details, select Profile & Settings from the header menu.

  • You can select how you wish to receive notifications from us: via email, fax, or both.

  • Enter as many email addresses as you would like in the Email to Receive Notifications field separating multiple email addresses with a comma. Click update once changes are complete.
