Rylee Sturgeon

Tech Assistant

Rylee joined the SAVE team in 2021 as a Vet Tech Assistant. She enjoys helping sick or injured animals and being a part of a team. Rylee attended Olds College and graduated in 2019. Since then, she has had greater knowledge and passion as we see in her work ethic, always asking questions about the medical side of animals and showing true love and compassion to every patient that walks through the door.

In 2011 she moved from Abbotsford, BC to the quiet country here in Alberta and lives with her favourite animals: her horse Thomas and her Saint Bernard pup Freya. She loves spending most of her time in the saddle, roping steers or going for long rides down the gravel road with her dog by her side.

Rylee hopes to bring a friendly smile to everyone in the clinic and provide a helpful hand wherever it may be needed...even if it’s grabbing a bag of dog food off the tallest shelf.
